Talent Acquisition Specialist

Support end-to-end recruiting across product, engineering, and business roles in a hands-on, execution-focused talent acquisition role. You’ll source candidates via channels like LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards, screen resumes and run initial screens, and coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers. Maintain accurate ATS records and help improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer branding as the team scales.
