Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered solutions within ServiceNow and/or through external custom solutions, including custom MCP tooling and agentic applications.
  • •Integrate and orchestrate third-party LLMs to drive intelligent automation and improved user experiences.
  • •Develop and configure ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise applications, including API development, scripting, and framework deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 0 years with a PhD; or alternatively 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions integrated with AI applications.
  • •Proven ability to design robust, scalable architectural solutions integrating across a broader technical ecosystem and working with globally distributed teams.
  • •In-depth knowledge of APIs, web services, and relational database concepts.
  • •Proven skills with Python and RESTful or GraphQL APIs, plus experience building GenAI/agentic systems (e.g., reasoning approaches like ReAct/CoT) and prompt/RAG concepts.
