Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Assist in store departments including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, and loyalty program promotion.
  • •Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards while helping the store team achieve company goals and initiatives.
  • •Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older.
  • •Possess at least SPM / O Level or above.
  • •Have 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Be fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
  • •Be able to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
