Job Summary

Senior governance leader overseeing entity governance processes and end-to-end governance framework for Global Insurance. Key Responsibilities

•Oversees, reviews, and challenges entity governance processes to ensure adherence to Group and Business standards.
•Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end governance framework and standards (incl. structure, ToR, MI requirements), including 1LoD review of Insurance Finance Governance materials across committees to improve quality and efficiency of meetings.
•Produce global Insurance governance materials, including content for key forums (GIFMM), ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned to strategic priorities; monitor, track, and facilitate post-meeting actions.
•Act as the GIFMM secretary, coordinating the end-to-end organisation of the meeting (agenda planning, paper flow, logistics, minutes/actions) and liaising with Markets and Group stakeholders.
•Support strategic communications with Group and key stakeholders, including 1LoD review and challenge of outputs and materials to ensure messages are consistent and well-governed.

Key Requirements

•Finance governance experience within financial services preferred
•Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior management with evidence-based reasoning
•Experience in cost reporting, forecasting, budgeting including headcount and position management
•Knowledge of governance structures (ToR, MI requirements) and 1LoD review processes
•Proven ability to produce high-quality governance materials and manage end-to-end meeting cycles (e.g., GIFMM)
