Key Responsibilities

•Support complex transformation and implementation projects involving the Murex MX.3 platform for leading banks and financial services providers.
•Analyze business and technical requirements, develop solution designs, and support the configuration, integration, and testing of new functionalities.
•Work closely with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, and IT teams, serving as the link between business stakeholders and technology teams.
•Support the optimization and digitalization of capital markets processes across the entire trade lifecycle.
•Gradually take ownership of work packages, sub-projects, and the functional leadership of smaller project teams.

Key Requirements

•University degree in consulting, IT or transformation projects within financial services.
•Strong knowledge of capital markets products and processes (Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX/MM, Risk, Operations, or Accounting).
•Hands-on experience with Murex MX.3 as a Business Analyst, Engineer, Key User, Application Owner, or Consultant.
•Fluent English language skills with strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
•Strong interest in system integration, data flows, interfaces, migrations, configuration and testing.
