  • •Define technical strategy and lead multi-functional projects in structural and electrical film development.
  • •Architect solutions, promote innovative technologies, influence standards, and drive process improvements.
  • •Lead advanced process development, fixing, and integration; validate wafer-level electrical interactions within and across modules.
  • •Drive complex problem solving across process/structure/hardware/device interactions using RCA/FMEA/SPC and corrective actions that recover window without yield trade-off.
  • •Mentor engineers through structured development, build SME pipelines, and publish/share internal knowledge with presentations to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD with 12+ years, or Master’s with 15+ years in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
  • •Extensive thin films R&D/PD experience.
  • •Advanced thin film processing proficiency (PECVD, thermal CVD, ALD) and hands-on equipment optimization for dielectric + carbon films.
  • •Advanced characterization and correlation modeling linking process parameters to reliability and scaling behavior.
  • •Strong understanding of process-mechanical-device interactions and NAND scaling.
