Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace).
  • •Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and ERP/MES/change management/requirements management/CAD systems.
  • •Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while minimizing upgrade friction.
  • •Improve platform observability and reliability (including Datadog) for enterprise-grade systems.
  • •Set engineering standards through architectural guidance and high-quality code contributions, collaborating across architecture, product, and manufacturing teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in software engineering building products in fast-paced environments.
  • •3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development, including ITK (C/C++), BMIDE data modeling, SOA services/handlers, and Active Workspace customization.
  • •Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#.
  • •Experience with modern software practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review.
  • •Database experience with SQL plus Oracle or SQL Server, including data modeling and query optimization.
