Job Summary

Analyze complex spend datasets to uncover trends, cost-saving opportunities, and actionable insights for sourcing operations across Sephora North America. •Analyze large and complex spend datasets to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and actionable business insights.
•Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytics covering sourcing performance, supplier metrics, savings, and spend.
•Partner with cross-functional teams (Sourcing, Finance, and business stakeholders) to understand reporting needs and deliver analytical solutions.
•Transform complex data into executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and visual storytelling for strategic decision making.
•Support scalable data infrastructure and manage recurring reporting processes, including spend, savings tracking, supplier diversity reporting, and ad hoc analyses.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in data analytics, sourcing operations, procurement analytics, supply chain, finance, or a related analytical field.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred.
•Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and macros.
•Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
•Knowledge of sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and strategic sourcing processes, including experience with platforms such as Coupa, Zip, SpendHQ, or Per Angusta.
