Job Summary

Support Product and Program Managers in executing product and technology initiatives in an industrial technology environment. Assist with customer and market research, building product requirements and business case inputs, and preparing roadmaps and lifecycle materials. Help track milestones, risks, and dashboards, coordinate across engineering, operations, commercial, supply chain, and finance teams, and perform data analysis to support decisions, prioritization, and KPI reporting.

•Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, market information, and competitive insights.

•Help maintain program dashboards, status reports, risk logs, and action-item trackers; support meeting preparation and follow-ups.
•Support coordination across engineering, operations, commercial, supply chain, service, and finance teams while tracking milestones and execution risks.
•Analyze data and prepare reports; help track product/program/business metrics and support benchmarking and industry trend research.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 600 - 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Product Development, Technology Management, or a related discipline.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work during the internship period in accordance with local requirements and program guidelines.
