Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the central contact (“SPOC”) for claims-overlapping performance management across Fragen zu Analyse, Steuerung und Datennutzung within Personenversicherung benefits.
  • •Develop and oversee steering and reporting instruments for the entire area, commissioning and closely accompanying the implementation of dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • •Build and continuously improve a consistent, area-wide data and KPI landscape for all levels in Personenversicherung benefits.
  • •Analyze existing data and steering instruments, identify optimization potential, and prepare decision bases for line managers and the department head.
  • •Foster a cooperative change culture in the team, ensuring KPIs and reports are embedded in leaders’ everyday use and actively used for steering.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years (approx. 3–6 years) of experience in performance management, ideally in private insurance (KTG/UVG/UVG‑Z) or a similar environment.
  • •Strong project management skills including steering projects, coordinating stakeholders, and managing change.
  • •Deep understanding of insurance-specific requirements at the interface of business, technology, and Finance.
  • •University of applied sciences or university degree (Uni/FH) in business/economics, data analytics, finance, consulting, or a comparable field, with experience in the insurance sector.
  • •Very good German and English skills; French is a plus.
