Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, review, and maintain construction project schedules in Primavera P6.
  • •Interpret construction plans and contract documents, evaluate schedule logic, and investigate variances and forecast reasonability.
  • •Build and maintain WBS and activity code structures and apply cost-loading and resource-loading for schedules.
  • •Measure schedule progress, monitor critical path activities, identify schedule risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • •Create KPI dashboards and detailed schedule reports using Power BI, including schedule layouts/filters and Time Impact Analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus six years of experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Experience developing and reviewing construction schedules in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Projects.
  • •At least four years of construction experience, including field experience.
  • •Knowledge of transportation and general building scopes of work.
  • •Experience developing cost estimates in UNIFORMAT and CSI formats.
