Key Responsibilities

  • •Take accountability for the end-to-end apparel development management process for assigned products, ensuring product integrity and timely completion.
  • •Manage fit approval and size specification, lead fitting meetings, and make decisions on workmanship and construction.
  • •Analyze designs for manufacturability, production, and material properties, and guide design and product marketing on Tier 1 manufacturing efficiency suggestions.
  • •Research and incorporate innovation from markets or suppliers into product creation, partnering with innovation, sourcing, and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • •Manage costing and handover of the design pack to Tier 1, ensuring technical information completeness and adherence to adidas cost and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in clothing technology or manufacturing, or a technical degree as an apparel technician; alternatively, a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • •First practical experience through internships or work experience is required.
  • •Ability to fit a garment and comment to Tier 1 on changes required.
  • •Knowledge of production garment construction and manufacturing, including basic knowledge of material construction and related testing.
  • •Strong communication and negotiation skills, with English proficiency in reading and writing.
