Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor while supporting reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Ensure safe, efficient operations by upholding strong stockroom standards and dynamically moving on the retail floor to fulfill business, team, and guest needs.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to move constantly throughout the store (sales floor and back of house).
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
