Key Responsibilities

  • •Problem analysis and approach: Gather relevant information, analyze using available means, and decide on initial approach to solve the problem, then execute or escalate as needed
  • •Repairs: Use tools, replace parts, and adjust settings to perform repairs and standard service actions independently
  • •Training / advice: Explain actions to users, train customers in use and routine maintenance of equipment
  • •Process Optimization: Identify gaps and improvement opportunities and report them to stakeholders
  • •Coaching: Provide support to less experienced engineers on initial tasks

Key Requirements

  • •BSc degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)
  • •Experience in the technical industry; semiconductor industry experience preferred
  • •Experience with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software
  • •Knowledge of product functionality of main modules/sub-modules
  • •Experience as Field Service Engineer or similar role would be advantageous
