Drive enterprise new business for BytePlus across Vietnam, Philippines, and Thailand by building pipelines and executing go-to-market sales closure. Own key accounts, develop prospect relationships, and translate industry pain points into innovation technology use cases that maximize client ROI. Partner with marketing on events to grow awareness, maintain strong cross-stakeholder collaboration, and proactively solve problems beyond your immediate scope.

•Establish a strong pipeline for ByteDance’s innovation technology solution suite.
•Execute go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth through effective sales closure activities.

•Create solutions for industry pain points by mapping innovation technology use cases to maximize client ROI.
•Partner with marketing to increase market awareness via conferences, seminars, and/or workshops.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
•At least 1 year of experience in a revenue closing role, with a background in B2B technology and/or SaaS and a track record of overachievement.
•High written and oral fluency in Mandarin for collaboration with stakeholders in mainland China.
•High written and oral fluency in English.
•Ability to communicate and influence on complex topics with audiences across different functional knowledge levels.
