Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and delivery of regional strategic priorities for Services Customer Success.
  • •Cultivate customer partnerships by managing customer health and value realization during network product launch and post-sale.
  • •Leverage Services offerings to help customers achieve goals and identify opportunities for additional Mastercard products.
  • •Develop training materials, thought leadership, and customer-facing playbooks that scale internally and externally.
  • •Gather and report customer feedback on product gaps and pain points to refine value propositions and improve products.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering customer success initiatives using customer metrics and data to drive outcomes.
  • •Knowledge of payments technology and/or cybersecurity concepts (threat intelligence or risk management) is a plus.
  • •Experience using tools and technology to provide data analytics and business intelligence on cyber threats, fraud, risk, and vulnerability.
  • •Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, customer-centric solutions.
  • •Advanced experience working with technology and financial services partners, including acquirers/processors and digital platform partners.
