Job Summary

Open internal role focusing on turning inbound interest into signed clients for engineering staffing and technical hiring solutions. Target customers include CEOs, founders, CTOs, and heads of engineering. You’ll close deals through consultative selling, guiding hiring strategy conversations, and delivering revenue by placing software, QA, DevOps, data engineers, and technical operators with US-based clients.

Location: Cairo, Buenos Aires, Addis Ababa, Nairobi, Bogotá, Santo Domingo

Workplace: Remote

Job Function: Sales

Key Responsibilities

•Run high‑quality discovery calls with technical buyers and diagnose their true needs (e.g., whether they require engineers, QA, DevOps, or PMs).
•Close deals by guiding hiring strategy conversations, handling objections, and creating urgency to move from discovery to signed engagement letters.
•Explain our engineering staffing and technical hiring solutions to executives and technical leaders to demonstrate how we can accelerate delivery timelines.
•Collaborate with clients to understand engineering roadmaps, team structure, and hiring challenges, then tailor recommendations.
•Maintain momentum from initial call to signed contract, building pipeline momentum and revenue.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,500 - 4,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•2+ years in Account Executive or Account Management roles
•Experience selling to technical buyers or SaaS companies
•Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
•Excellent English skills
•Comfortable working US East Coast hours (9am–6pm EST)
