Retail Merchandiser

Cover big box retail stores on behalf of Oldcastle, managing an efficient daily/weekly schedule of store visits and supporting department, store, and district managers. Monitor inventory levels using cycle counts and reports, coordinating with customer service and replenishment teams to resolve discrepancies. Build and install product displays and conduct store resets while ensuring products are safely stocked. Participate in training and lead/customer events, including product knowledge and community outreach.
