•Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end, from idea to qualified meeting
•Engage decision-makers across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video
•Partner closely with AEs and Marketing, acting as a connector beyond top-of-funnel work
•Keep Salesforce clean and maintain a tight, well-managed pipeline
•Utilise AI to boost productivity, speed, and personalize messaging

Key Requirements

•German language fluency is essential
•Some experience in a customer-facing or sales role (internships, retail, or hospitality count)
•Hunter mentality with the ability to find leads and drive outcomes
•High coachability and willingness to learn from feedback
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
