Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in designing MOT packages for highway improvement projects and support design teams on CAD work
•Develop and review design elements such as cross sections, traffic control plans, and detour routes
•Collaborate on design/build or alternative delivery projects and contribute to highway project packages
•Maintain quality and compliance with engineering standards and client requirements
•Participate in hybrid team environments, coordinating across offices as needed

Key Requirements

•MOT CAD Designers: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
•Preferred Qualifications: EIT Certification or PE License; Master’s degree in engineering
