Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager
  • •Manage execution of shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Partner on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, provide constant feedback, and help drive daily operations and guest experience
