Job Summary

Liaise between OT/ICS project leaders and technical disciplines to plan, design, execute, and close out OT/ICS project work across the project lifecycle. Support development and implementation of OT/ICS processes, templates, tools, and functional databases, while aligning project scope, budget, time, quality, safety, and cybersecurity posture. Assist with planning workshops, execution plans, risk assessments, SLAs, tender/clarifications, commissioning procedures, and post-implementation reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Support project leaders in developing and maintaining OT/ICS functional frameworks, including processes, procedures, manuals, standards, guidelines, and templates.
•Help implement approved OT/ICS processes and maintain functional systems, tools, databases, documents, and libraries with updated project data.
•Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and schedule, track progress, and conduct risk assessments with mitigation plans as needed.
•Assist with service level agreements (SLAs), project budget CAPEX/OPEX, purchase requests/orders, and technical evaluation of consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
•Review commissioning procedures and tender/clarification documentation, support Management of Change (MOC), and contribute to post-implementation reviews and close-out activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Control System Engineering, or Information & Cyber Security Engineering, plus 3 years of experience applying OT/ICS project engineering skills.
•Understanding of OT/ICS concepts, practices, and procedures.
•Strong understanding of OT/ICS systems and technologies aligned with OT/ICS cybersecurity best practices.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency with MS Office suite and Adobe Acrobat; PMP, ISA Automation Project Management (APM) Specialist certificate, and/or CISSP is an advantage.
