Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted People Partner to designated client groups, providing value-adding support based on their commercial context.
  • •Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and adapt approach to meet people where they are.
  • •Spot people risks early using an insight-led approach and advocate for appropriate solutions.
  • •Coach managers through performance management, absence, restructures, and help less experienced managers build confidence.
  • •Own employee relations cases end to end (disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement, redundancy/restructure, complex absence) and lead people projects from scoping to delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Substantial experience managing employee relations cases end to end, including complex disciplinary, grievance, absence, and redundancy matters.
  • •Track record coaching and building confidence in managers at all levels, particularly new people managers.
  • •Commercial mindset focused on the right outcome for both business and people.
  • •Experience taking a people initiative from concept to completion, managing own workload and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • •CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience; exposure to organisational design or operational teams is a plus.
