Key Responsibilities

  • •Process company payroll accurately and on time.
  • •Maintain and update employee payroll records for hires, terminations, and pay-rate changes.
  • •Calculate wages, deductions, and tax contributions in compliance with regulations.
  • •Generate and issue invoices, monitor receivables, and follow up on overdue payments.
  • •Post customer payments and reconcile the accounts receivable ledger; prepare AR status reports.

Salary: USD 25 - 35 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a payroll and/or accounts receivable role.
  • •Strong proficiency with accounting software and payroll systems, and MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • •Strong numerical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • •Knowledge of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and payroll regulations.
  • •Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
