Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage background check cases from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and policy adherence.
  • •Proactively identify and resolve case issues, escalations, or inconsistencies.
  • •Coordinate with recruiters, candidates, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and clear communication.
  • •Ensure background check processes meet internal standards and local regulatory requirements; flag risks as needed.

  • •2+ years of experience in background check operations, Talent Acquisition operations, or case management with vendor coordination or compliance-driven processes.
