Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first line of support for incoming HR service desk tickets and address employee inquiries.
  • •Process core HR transactions including I-9 verifications, terminations, promotions, and internal transfers.
  • •Monitor service desk activity to ensure timely resolution of tickets and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • •Maintain accurate records of transactions and employee interactions in accordance with internal policies and compliance requirements.
  • •Collaborate with other HR team members to support a seamless employee experience.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of experience in an HR or employee support role.
  • •Strong general knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • •Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with ADP is a strong plus.
