Job Summary

Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and program financial processes by preparing quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), including reasonableness, risk/opportunities, and variance reporting. Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baselines and forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances. Partner with engineering and program leads on EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, and weekly cost and labor run analysis using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Support quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE), including cost estimates, reasonableness analysis, and risk/opportunities assessment by program/product/mission area.
•Perform detailed EV and financial analysis against budget baselines, schedules, and EAC positions.
•Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
•Partner with engineering and program leads on EVMS process inputs and EAC/LRE development.
•Provide monthly variance reporting and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience.
•Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar financial systems.
•Experience with MS Office tools and ability to navigate Excel.
