Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and direct activities of the accounting staff (accounting, accounts payable, payroll), setting expectations and providing resources.
  • •Coordinate month-end reporting schedules and prepare monthly/quarterly working papers and account reconciliations.
  • •Coordinate information requests and data to head office and external auditors, ensuring period-end reporting and internal control compliance.
  • •Update monthly forecast and annual budget inputs; produce and issue mine site cost reports and support ad-hoc cost reporting.
  • •Manage and modify approved ERP changes, oversee payroll requirements, and provide coverage for the Manager, Administration as needed.

Key Requirements
