Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a vertical end-to-end, including outcomes, metrics, and a backlog prioritized by value/risk/dependency/strategic priority with clear acceptance criteria.
  • •Shape technical design with engineering across system boundaries, money-movement correctness, third-party rail reliance, failure/retry/refund paths, and performance/scalability/recovery.
  • •Make and defend trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX with engineering/compliance/ops partners.
  • •Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs, including licensing scope, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency, and privacy.
  • •Apply AI responsibly by defining what AI can decide, where humans stay in the loop, how AI is evaluated, and what happens when the model is unsure; ensure AI outputs trace back to real records.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end, with strong judgment and decisiveness under ambiguity.
  • •Solid system design fundamentals (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes) and the ability to review and challenge design docs.
  • •Experience in a regulated, high-consequence domain (payments, banking, remittance, insurance) or ability to ramp quickly, with an understanding of irreversible money movement and partner dependencies.
  • •Hands-on AI/LLM product experience: define eval-able features, understand hallucination/drift/data gaps, and know when models must not be in the loop.
  • •Nice to have: engineer or highly-technical PM background; shipped AI-heavy consumer products; defined ML/LLM evaluation metrics; SEA market experience.
