•Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to entitlements, setting expectations, meeting arrival commitments, and addressing customer needs.
•Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites, diagnosing and resolving electronic, network, and mechanical problems.
•Perform administrative duties per Philips, Provincial, and Federal regulatory requirements (timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, FCOs, PMs, installation and site/service documentation).
•Use tools, support, resources, and escalation processes to resolve customer and system problems timely and effectively.
•Participate in the regional work team to improve processes, identify training gaps, and increase capability (including becoming qualified in multiple modalities).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment or 3+ years in other electromechanical industries; diagnostic x-ray and ultrasound experience preferred.
•Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment using necessary tools and test equipment.
•College diploma in electronics or equivalent education/experience; Biomedical Engineering Technology diploma highly preferred.
•Ability to perform physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for Field Service with or without accommodation.
•Work flexible hours (including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations) and safely work with radiation sources/materials using required PPE.
