Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and scale legal operations infrastructure for the global Legal Department as the first dedicated hire, reporting to the Deputy General Counsel.
  • •Review, modify, and enforce billing guidelines; manage billing and drive cost rigor across external legal spend.
  • •Audit existing legal tech tools and build a multi-year legal technology roadmap covering matter management, CLM, e-billing, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • •Lead automation, AI, and data-driven initiatives and maintain a dashboard tracking matter volume, cycle times, contract turnaround, and outside counsel spend.
  • •Manage legal systems (intake process, templates/playbook library, knowledge management) and coordinate vendors/consultants; support annual planning and team programs.
