Senior Legal Operations Manager

Design and scale the operational infrastructure for the global Legal Department. Serve as the first dedicated legal operations hire, assessing current state, defining a target operating model, and building processes and legal technology for matter management, CLM, e-billing, and AI-assisted workflows. Drive automation and data-driven insights, manage outside counsel spend and billing guidelines, support annual planning, and build dashboards and legal system tooling to enable compliance and policy to operate at business pace.
