Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Product Managers, Business Strategy, Sales, and customers to identify problems, prioritize opportunities, and translate them into product strategy, priorities, and roadmap investments.
  • •Partner with Experience Design, customers, and engineering during discovery and research to validate concepts and align on product direction.
  • •Lead backlog refinement, user story development, defect prioritization, and sprint planning with scrum teams to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes.
  • •Coordinate across Product Management and Engineering teams for adjacent capabilities to ensure consistent customer experiences and coordinated roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure software, or related technical product domains.

  • •Experience with transportation, civil engineering, GIS, or adjacent AEC software ecosystems.
