Job Summary

Own the product connection between customer problems and Civil 3D solutions. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Experience Design, and customers to discover opportunities, validate ideas, and deliver capabilities that improve how civil infrastructure is designed. Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning with scrum teams, coordinate roadmaps across adjacent capabilities, and support launches and adoption. Use product analytics, experimentation, and feedback to measure impact, including AI-assisted engineering workflow improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Product Managers, Business Strategy, Sales, and customers to identify problems, prioritize opportunities, and translate them into product strategy, priorities, and roadmap investments.
•Partner with Experience Design, customers, and engineering during discovery and research to validate concepts and align on product direction.
•Lead backlog refinement, user story development, defect prioritization, and sprint planning with scrum teams to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes.
•Coordinate across Product Management and Engineering teams for adjacent capabilities to ensure consistent customer experiences and coordinated roadmaps.
•Use customer research, product analytics, experimentation, and feedback to continuously improve product direction and measure customer impact.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure software, or related technical product domains.
•Strong familiarity with Autodesk Civil 3D and civil engineering design workflows.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience with transportation, civil engineering, GIS, or adjacent AEC software ecosystems.
•Experience translating problems into priorities via product backlogs, user stories, or product requirements.
