Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the day-to-day activities of the assigned Safe & Secure team, identify improvement areas, and ensure accountability to KPIs and goals.
  • •Coach and manage associates, providing training on security and safety protocols while maintaining a high level of performance and communication.
  • •Implement and directly lead the Incident Management program at HQ locations, acting as a key facilitator during emergencies.
  • •Lead Safe & Secure technology and operational processes (badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts) and ensure equipment and procedures are functioning properly.
  • •Implement visitor and vendor check-in processes, conduct risk assessments, maintain accurate incident records, and escalate high-risk issues with recommendations.

Key Requirements
