Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute category strategies for technology domains, aligning sourcing with business objectives, cost efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance.
  • •Lead RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations with software vendors, cloud providers, managed service partners, and OEMs.
  • •Perform market analysis, vendor benchmarking, and spend analytics; evaluate licensing and cloud consumption patterns and hardware refresh cycles.
  • •Manage full contract lifecycle (renewals, amendments, SLAs, KPIs, dispute resolution) and conduct vendor performance reviews, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
  • •Ensure procurement activities follow policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards; deliver measurable savings/ROI and provide dashboards and presentations to technology leadership and governance forums.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in functional categories.
  • •Bachelor's degree (3+ years).
  • •Fluent in English.
  • •Experience with Oracle ERP and SharePoint.
  • •Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) certification is desirable.
