Job Summary

Manage Japan retail-print campaign delivery as a primary day-to-day contact for clients’ marketing communication teams. Build relationships with retail partners, print vendors, and internal teams across traffic, content, studio, print production, finance, and operations. Run project status cadences, maintain daily trackers, create agendas and cost estimates, and coordinate briefs to ensure correct creative direction, QC, and delivery against SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the go-to contact for retail marketing asset localization and print production delivery.
•Build and maintain client and internal relationships across functions and with retail partner stakeholders.
•Run project planning and tracking: agendas, timing plans, contact reports, cost estimates, and daily trackers during live projects.
•Communicate briefs to studio and print production teams and ensure correct creative direction and brand QC/QC procedures.
•Manage client expectations, oversee quarterly budget approvals, monitor for risks/delays, and ensure delivery against contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of advertising agency experience, ideally across global retail/shopper accounts from creative development through final production.
•Experience in financial management with accurate financial tracking.
•Excellent spreadsheet skills in both Excel and Numbers, including managing complex spreadsheets.
•Excellent written and verbal communication in Japanese (English fluency advantageous).
•Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, with a hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems under tight timelines.
