Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the program P&L, set the funding budget, and define market gates for launching or scaling PayPal+.
  • •Design and define portfolio strategy for an identified country, supporting local product priorities and analyzing product performance.
  • •Coordinate hands-on execution for local and global cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Manage process escalations to remove obstacles and support change implementation aligned to strategy.
  • •Research and establish new opportunities and partnerships while directing market/regional product and technology strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Experience owning a P&L or program economics for a consumer product, subscription, or loyalty program.
  • •Track record building and defending business cases that unlock funding, including go/no-go gates and staged investment decisions.
  • •Strong financial modeling skills (unit economics, cohort-level contribution, sensitivity analysis).
  • •Experience pricing/fee strategy and creating executive narratives around program economics for senior leadership.
