  • •Hands-on product and operational knowledge of listed futures or options, including error trade analysis and resolution.
  • •Ability to diagnose and clearly explain complex technical problems and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Experience delivering multi-channel support (voice, email, chat) while maintaining quality under high-volume, time-sensitive conditions.
  • •Familiarity with prediction markets, event contracts, FIX protocol, network protocols, SQL, or CRM tools such as Salesforce and JIRA.
