Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all safety guidelines are followed (PPE, plant cleanliness, clear work areas).
  • •Oversee team compliance with defined SOPs and quality standards; complete shift floor walk-around for hand-off.
  • •Coordinate each shift’s production schedule and set up equipment such as router and bundle labels.
  • •Manage product inspectors and forklift driver breaks/lunches; ensure proper training and share product expertise.
  • •Complete required paperwork, coach and hold employees accountable, and communicate corrective actions and process-improvement ideas with management.

Key Requirements
