Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals through clienteling, cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support day-to-day store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and asset protection, while maintaining service standards.
