Key Responsibilities

•Lead BI projects from design to delivery, ensuring alignment with governance and data standards.
•Supervise design, development, maintenance, and governance of Power BI workspaces, datasets, reports, and dashboards.
•Develop automated BI workflows and processes using Power Apps & Power Automate.
•Build and maintain BI glossary and KPIs to standardize terminology across the organization.
•Design and implement CI/CD processes for BI content to ensure seamless updates without end-user disruption.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/engineering/math or related technical discipline; Master’s Degree preferred.
•5+ years in a senior BI developer role in an international environment, delivering complex enterprise BI solutions.
•Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for data dashboarding and reporting.
•Proficient in statistical programming languages (R, Python, SQL) and capable of applying modeling techniques (Logistic/Linear Regression, Clustering, Decision Trees, Random Forest, SVM, KNN).
•Knowledge of end-to-end BI processes, governance, and CI/CD practices; ability to design automated data workflows.
