Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead MEP coordination and EBMS integration for ~60-100 North America sites annually.
  • •Coordinate inspection & test plans (ITP) for MEP (including commissioning), BMS, and Fire with site construction teams and stakeholders.
  • •Manage MEP workstreams from due diligence through deployment, tracking and reporting New Construction KPIs for EBMS.
  • •Coordinate BMS network and site connectivity readiness with IT, GCs, LVCs, and subcontractors ahead of system start up; resolve or unblock IT issues at start up.
  • •Resolve MEP-related delays, escalations, and RFIs; identify and escalate site-level risks; create and update the EBMS POR; document and standardize EBMS workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •5+ years as an MEP Coordinator, MEP Superintendent, or Mechanical Engineering expert.
  • •Experience with project management and AI tools (including Smartsheet, Asana, Quicksuite, Power BI, MS Project, Claude, and AI/ML).
  • •Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • •Knowledge of construction specs (Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26).
