Associate Director, West Region - ADESA (Can live anywhere in MT or PT Time Zone)

Lead a regional team of General Managers across approximately 10 ADESA auction locations, providing senior-level direction on operational, sales, and financial performance. Drive strategic initiatives through data analysis, process improvement, and change management across the region. Build relationships with internal partners and key customers, mentor leaders through coaching and succession planning, and ensure safety and efficient operations while supporting sites through significant travel.
