Job Summary

Maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems for the day shift, following health and safety procedures. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, adjustments), diagnose and fix equipment breakdowns, replace defective parts, and recommend improvements to increase productivity. Support installation and commissioning of new equipment, maintain HVAC and utility systems, keep the mechanical workshop organized, and perform welding and forklift maintenance as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Work safely and follow all health and safety procedures.
•Inspect and maintain production equipment using a scheduled maintenance program (cleaning, lubrication, adjustments).
•Analyze, identify, and repair equipment breakdowns; replace defective parts.
•Maintain buildings and utility systems (HVAC filter replacement, inspection rounds for compressors, HVAC systems, and pumps).
•Participate in installation/commissioning of new equipment; perform welding work and maintain forklifts (asset).

Key Requirements

•Vocational diploma (DEP) in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics.
•5+ years of experience in a similar role.
•Practical welding experience.
•Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and automation.
•English language proficiency to understand machinery-related documentation.
