  • •Lead a team to implement complex project plans/programs and coordinate internal and external business partners.
  • •Manage power infrastructure projects from concept through completion with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
  • •Apply engineering and construction standards to design and integrate power generation systems, high-voltage technologies, and control systems.
  • •Develop project reports, presentations, schedules, and costing forecasts; prepare and present recommendations to support reliability and profitability targets.
  • •Prepare and approve RFPs, evaluate contractors, anticipate risks, and resolve technical, contractual, and regulatory challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and minimum 15 years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project management (Staff), or minimum 10 years’ experience (Senior).
  • •Experience leading power infrastructure or facility construction/operations in the oil and gas industry.
  • •Solid understanding of PLC and Stage-Gate processes.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
  • •Preferred: PMP and/or PE credentials, plus a Master’s degree in business/project/engineering management and Microsoft Specialist Project Certification (MS).
