Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop advanced machine learning models for personalization and customer journey optimization in a B2B business context.
  • •Identify opportunities to use machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics to improve digital program design and effectiveness.
  • •Build recommendation system components that predict relevant product and content messages for large user bases.
  • •Create predictive models to segment, cluster, and label customer behavior and support targeted interventions.
  • •Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to implement scalable, real-time data science solutions and optimize experiences via A/B tests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
  • •Internship experience in data science or a related role, preferably in sales, marketing, or e-commerce.
  • •Experience deploying machine learning models in production and improving performance over time.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
  • •Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
