Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end product execution for AI capabilities in the AI portfolio, including roadmap, PRFAQs/PRDs, launch, adoption, and post-launch iteration.
  • •Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering to maintain PRD quality and uphold standards on scope, timing, and tradeoffs through launch.
  • •Engage design and run design partner programs to bring customer voice into roadmap decisions and build a pipeline of named reference customers.
  • •Coordinate across product teams (Core Database, Capella, Analytics, Mobile and Edge, AI Specialist) and make build-vs-partner decisions for composed platform experiences.
  • •Equip sales and GTM with positioning, demos, competitive context, customer proof points, and contribute external product narrative through webinars, blogs, documentation, analyst engagements, and enablement content.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in product management, with at least three on a technical platform (database, data infrastructure, developer tools, or AI infrastructure).
  • •Technical fluency in modern AI infrastructure, including vector search, embeddings, RAG, agent frameworks, model serving, context engineering, and interoperability standards.
  • •Customer obsession and working-backwards rigor: write PRFAQs before code and make clear tradeoff decisions tied to ICP needs.
  • •Engineering credibility and cross-functional trust: hold your own on architecture, scope, and tradeoffs; build durable relationships with engineering, sales, GTM, and marketing.
  • •Hands-on frontier AI experience with model APIs and developer ecosystems (e.g., code-generation tools, MCP, agent frameworks); Anthropic Claude stack experience preferred.
