Applied Scientist

Build and refine Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning algorithms for Dialpad’s products, powering autonomous voice agents and real-time features for transcribed voice and chat data. Evaluate and monitor model performance, manage large textual datasets, and develop LLM-based capabilities including reasoning, multilingual and multimodal processing, and agents. Partner with engineering, product, and design to deploy models in production, and contribute to the academic community through publications and reviews.
