Job Summary

Provide technical onboarding and project management for CrowdStrike IDP customers, ensuring successful deployment based on each customer’s goals and success plan. Lead weekly technical and PM meetings, guide customers to deploy and operationalize the solution, and track deployment progress, issues, and resolutions. Create troubleshooting guides and KBs, share best practices to drive adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve customer issues.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Field Engineer/Technical Customer Success/Post-Sales Engineer providing hands-on enterprise support.
•Strong knowledge of Networking, Microsoft Windows Servers, and Active Directory (Microsoft MVP specializing in AD is highly desirable).
•Knowledge of Kerberos, LDAP/S, and NTLM protocols.
•Experience with security/networking solutions, especially UEBA, SIEM, IAM, and PAM domains.
•Ability to document technical issues and provide guidance, with clear presentation and communication skills.
