Senior sales leader responsible for guiding Endava’s Banking/Capital Markets business development globally. Drives orderbook and pipeline growth, develops talent, defines industry go-to-market strategy, and ensures governance and continuous improvement across the team, partnering with MD and regional leaders to create sustainable revenue growth and industry credibility.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Business Development team to achieve personal and industry targets and drive orderbook and pipeline growth.
•Develop and mentor the Business Development team, setting career progression plans and success metrics for direct reports.
•Define and execute the industry vision and strategy in collaboration with the Managing Director; embed Endava processes (BWM, CGM) across the team.
•Create and evolve the global go-to-market strategy for Banking/Capital Markets and manage the industry pipeline with regular cadences.
•Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients, make informed commercial decisions, and resolve complex contract issues to support growth.
