Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Business Development team to achieve personal and industry targets and drive orderbook and pipeline growth.
  • •Develop and mentor the Business Development team, setting career progression plans and success metrics for direct reports.
  • •Define and execute the industry vision and strategy in collaboration with the Managing Director; embed Endava processes (BWM, CGM) across the team.
  • •Create and evolve the global go-to-market strategy for Banking/Capital Markets and manage the industry pipeline with regular cadences.
  • •Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients, make informed commercial decisions, and resolve complex contract issues to support growth.
