Job Function: Energy & Utilities Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies.
  • •Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • •Pro-actively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applications.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs, and objectives including programme performance and value engineering.
  • •Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and budgets; manage contract change within governance and best practice.

Key Requirements

  • •Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
  • •Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent.
  • •Contract Management (NEC3, Option C or NEC 4 preferred).
  • •Suitably qualified and experienced operating at Cost Management level.
  • •Ability to administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies; monitor cost variance and forecast budgets.
